What are your credentials/past experience, for working in your position?

Asking (the right) questions and finding (the right) answers is what I love to do. This desire to inquire, discover and solve equipped me with my own unique set of credentials. I began in marketing working at my brother’s law firm. I taught myself how to build websites. I taught myself how to market online.

Most importantly, I taught myself how to ask the right questions to learn more and more about the best marketing strategies.

I attended a liberal arts school and majored in Philosophy so I could continue to develop my ability to ask the right questions and arrive at sound conclusions. My Philosophy education helps me to plan for the long-term and plan with the end in mind.

What do you do at Enable?

I am the owner and founder of Enable. Fueled by the desire to help small businesses win their market, Enable plans to help 100+ business win their market by 2019.

By the end of 2020, Enable wants to have several locations across the U.S. helping hundreds of businesses to win their market.

Through true investment in our client’s success, the Enable logo will become and a landmark of systematized marketing solutions that maintains the personal touch.

In addition to overseeing the development of the business, I also manage client accounts.

What do you like about working at Enable?

As owner of marketing company, I am blessed with the daily opportunity to serve my clients, as well as the members of my team. Through marketing, I am able to work with clients to power their business, make them more money, and ultimately improve their lives.

Through ownership, I am given the opportunity to foster an environment which empowers individuals to make a difference daily and support their family while doing so.

What’s your background?

I grew up in Asheville, NC. I spent the majority of my high school days either with friends or playing sports. Playing basketball and soccer challenged me to persevere at all things and motivated me to build winning cultures.

I built powerful relationships with my friends in high school and we spent nearly every night we could drinking coffee and hanging out.

What are the values that drive you?

When it comes to values, two ideas drive me the most: be positive and make every day count. First, Negativity is a beast. It creates unhealthy skepticism and fosters a rejection of truth.

Positivity is everywhere, in every person. See it. Seek it. Celebrate it.

Second, our culture teaches us to live like we’re eternal. We’re not. Live every day with the positivity and passion that it were your last.

Fighting negativity in the world. Negativity is a cancer in our culture. It creates unhealthy skepticism and fosters a rejection of truth.  

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

Spending time with people. I spend nearly every weekday and weekend with family and friends, enjoying and entertaining company.

I also coach college basketball and have a passion for sports because it gives me the opportunity to challenge athletes to push themselves and those around them to be better, one play at a time.
